We have written about Berlin based designer Hien Le last year – read Lina’s interview with him here.
His current AW 11/12 collection for women and men has been greatly inspired by films – hence the title „Cinémathèque“. It doesn’t refer to a certain epoch in the history of film or to any particular genre of movies, but it aims to evoke memories of cinematic pictures.
What I like a lot are all the nuances of white, the natural and pastel colors and also how Hien’s designs for both sexes are not completely different, but really merge into one collection.
